The fourth of July has come and passed and I am no longer the little one in the Melton family. My Aunt Melissa and Uncle Jeremy had another kid (I think their last one, I don't think I can handle another cousin on that side of the family). More on my little cousin later.
I am growing and smiling more than I am crying (which my daddy says is a good thing). My Grandma (Quigney) and Grandpa Pete took care of me for a full night to give my parents a little time alone. They kept me up late and spoiled me as only good grandparents should.

Mommy finally caught me smiling. After 53 rolls of film and thousands of photos. Here I am flashing my pearly whites (just a figure of speech).
This is my Mommy holding Britton. He is such a big boy. He was born on the 3rd of July at approx. 12:42pm, he weighed 8 lbs 13 oz, and was 20 inches long.
He doesn't even know how to smile yet. Maybe I can teach him, since that is all I do now.
