Here is the site of our first game on Day 1. It is a lovely little arena in the middle of downtown Columbus. Brandon and Allison picked up Scott and I at the airport and took us directly to the Dallas Stars at Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game.

We got scored on way too much in the third. It was fun and we met a guy named Mike (more about him later). Allison took us to her local tavern and we sat and talked for a few hours. Just grand old time. We also took a tour of Brandon's creaky old house. More on that later.
